How to Apply
Admission Process
Our admission process is straightforward and transparent. Follow these steps to secure your child's place at Oxford Convent.
Submit Documents
Submit the filled application form along with all required documents at the school office during working hours.
Entrance Assessment
Students seeking admission to Std. VI and above may be required to appear for a brief written assessment or interaction session.
Interview / Interaction
A brief interaction with the student and parents will be conducted to assess the student's readiness and the family's expectations.
Confirmation & Fee Payment
Upon selection, parents will receive an admission confirmation letter. Fees must be paid within the stipulated timeline to secure the seat.
Welcome to Oxford Convent
Collect the student's school almanac, diary, and uniform details. An orientation session will be conducted before the school year begins.

Please ensure you have all required documents ready before submitting your application. Incomplete applications may cause delays in the admission process.
- Birth Certificate (original and photocopy)
- Previous school's Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Previous academic year's Progress Report / Mark Sheet
- Aadhaar Card of student and parent/guardian
- Passport-size photographs (4 copies)
- Caste Certificate (if applicable, for concession eligibility)
- Proof of residence (any government-issued document)
- Medical fitness certificate (if required)
